Bio
Established in 1992, our mission is to support auditors in their professional work through the innovative use of technology.
We originated in the UK, but now operate on a global basis with offices located in the USA, UK and Australia. We also have a strong network of resellers and partners, which enables us to fully support our clients all over the world. They include the top accounting firms and internal audit departments of international companies, worldwide banking corporations and government departments.
Our packaged software covers risk and audit management, questionnaires, resource planning and time recording. Apart from our packaged software we also provide completely customized solutions. Examples include the development of a new audit system for a top ten accounting firm; a web based action plan management system for an international bank; and a risk management system for a leading construction company.
The company is fully employee-owned with no external finance.
