From AutoAudit® to Risk Navigator™ and Focus™
With business, marketing, auditing and computer skills, plus the conviction that they could build better audit management software, Tim and Stacey Welu founded Paisley Consulting in 1995. As a certified Lotus Notes developer (CLP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Stacey Welu created the company's first version of audit software, AutoAudit®. Paisley built its reputation on the breakthrough quality of AutoAudit, growing the company's revenues 900 percent in five years and earning it a place on Inc. magazine's list of 500 fastest-growing private U.S. companies (number 254). That growth was accelerated with the passing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002, to which Paisley Consulting responded with compliance software leaders Risk Navigator™ and Focus™.
