IAD Solutions is a dynamic software company specializing in providing an integrated Internal Auditing product. Based in Philadelphia, PA, we currently have employees working around the United States.
Michael Awad, CPA is Founder and President of IAD Solutions, Inc. Once an external auditor with Deloitte & Touche, Mike created the original version of the Audit Leverage software in 1996, while he was a practicing internal auditor at a Fortune-500 manufacturer. Only after Audit Leverage™'s success in his own internal auditing department did he begin to think of founding a software company that would offer the product for sale to other auditing departments.
After acquiring the rights to market the software that he had created, Mike founded IAD Solutions, Inc. in 1998. He spent most of 1999 programming additional modules, building market awareness for the product, and recruiting employees and partners. IAD Solutions had four customers in 1999 and has over 100 customers today, representing nine countries, over 1,000 individual auditors, and many different industries, such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, health care, and government.
